committee meeting...

Dear Board of Directors,

I would like to apologize for letting you know, on a such short notice, that we will be having a committee meeting tomorrow, (Wednesday, 3rd September 2008, 5.30pm, McDonalds). We will be discussing about our future events, and I hope that, if possible, every committee member would be able to make it as we will be planing on 3 big events.

Once again, I apologize for the sudden notice; feel free to get mad at me. LOLZ! =) hoping to see most, (better yet, everyone) there.
