Hello everyone!

I guess most of you are wondering why there are no updates...the reason?

first of all, we are all very busy with our never ending asgms...just won't stop pilling...

second, our mind has been caught up with the fact that we need to try to finish our asgms to make way for other work... and to also try to figure out solutions for our daily problems that occur everyday...

third, being busy, we tend to be forgetful; hence, we have a tendency to actually think that everyone knows what we are doing (e.g the convo fund-raising etc.). And to actually think that the people around us would spread the news and update one another through verbal contact.

I am truly sorry for making you all wait for updates. Will make it point to try to update you guys on whatever issues that occur... tho at the moment nothing has come up yet unless somebody wants to try to be funny and bring down ssla...or when we have events etc.

And I know that previously this blog was inundated with people who comes in and out to flood the chatbox, having a great time and all. I may not know the reason for people to actually slow down in their chat etc, but all i know is that people are caught up in their stuff... especially year 3 students when they were the ones who actually went gaga in the chatbox.. i know that bobo and ah loong are still free to flood here.. =) thanks for still crapping in the chatbox.. but i guess the rest have probably retired, feel the need to sit back and see the whole picture, and move on with their other things..

So, im sorry again for not updating you guys... and this is the updates thus far:

a) Convocation 2008 fund-raising: We are selling accessories, muffins and graduation teddy
bears (the main attraction). Today (Saturday), there will be a
small group of us putting up a booth at the ground floor of
Block C as the event will be going on at DeTSAR.
We hope that our sales will gain profit to help the club.

b) There will be a meeting next Tuesday, 4-6PM, at cG01 - that will be the last meeting for the
semester, so hope that everyone will make it. We will be
discussing more on our club dinner, and future plans (if
we have), team-building camp, and orientation.

Club dinner will be combined with the pop culture class
students. It will probably be next Saturday, 2nd of August, at
night. However, the venue and time have yet to be confirmed.

We need people to help us with Orientation - recruitement
drive. Hopefully we will all be free to come up with props etc
to make the booth more attractive etc.

c) There will be a committee meeting right after the big meeting.. to figure out what
activities can we come up with for the next semester. If any ideas, please do come and see one
of us (the committee) to suggest what can we do.
