Orientation programme =)

Date: 28th (8:30am – 5pm)
29th (9:30am – 7pm)

Venue: MPH

Duty:
(Day 1)
Ø 9:00am - help up with registration
Ø 10:00am – facilitate in ice breaking
Ø 10:30am – divided into groups according to faculty, help the group to come up with a cheer
Ø Throughout the orientation, oversee the needs of your members
Ø 3:45pm – assist the members in course selection by bringing them to respective department

(Day 2)
Ø 9:30am – brief interaction with members before orientation begins
Ø 2:00pm – insight interaction, your pre-planned activities should be carried out


At 4:30pm we are having an after party at the foyer, there will be various games set up around the lobby, your group will also be required to present a skit as a competition, and theme of the skit will be given on the 1st day. Your job is to motivate and encourage them to work together, be creative and interact. There will not be a specific time allocated for them to discuss about the skit, you will have to be creative in using the time.

That should be all, if you can send more than 2 people as facilitators, it would be better, seeing that there might be 400 students showing up, dividing them into 5 groups, on average is about 80 per group, so yea, more facilitators would be easier for you to manage. Thanks for the help!
